Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert III – Technologies and Capabilities Cyber to join the NCR-based RETS team. You’ll provide cyber engineering expertise, support testing and evaluation, and help deliver advanced DoD cyber solutions.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 15+ years in cyber engineering and 5+ years in program management, and a strong DoD background. On-site work in the National Capital Region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant cyber engineering and cyberspace test & evaluation experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated program management experience.
• Must meet DoD certification requirements and hold or be eligible for TS/SCI with SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation expertise.
• Support analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of cyber capabilities.
• Involve in RDT&E and integration of innovative cyber technologies.
• Evaluate sensor system performance and operational feasibility; advise on risks.
• Support RETS IDIQ tasks and coordinate with project managers on technical matters.
• Deliver mission engineering, modeling & simulation, and operations research support.
• Review technical data and documentation and provide analyses and recommendations.
