Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Detect and Respond team seeks an AVP to own delivery, strategy, and financial performance of managed SOC engagements. You will lead managers and analysts on both onshore and offshore teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges and drive outcomes for top clients.

You will oversee roadmaps, threat intel to detection content, cloud migrations, and SOAR capabilities while managing client relationships and growth opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security monitoring, security analytics, or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years leading cybersecurity managed services or SOC delivery initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or an engineering/science field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for clients, including SLA performance and data protection.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic, use cases, and client reports; expand coverage with UEBA and anomaly detection.
• Set and execute roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams, oversee performance, development, and incident investigations.
• Own engagement financial performance, including margins, staffing, forecasting, and client relationships.
