This AVP role drives delivery strategy, financial performance, and leadership of managers and analysts across onshore and offshore teams to protect client data and ensure service quality.

The successful candidate will translate threat intelligence into detection content, set roadmaps for SIEM/SOAR, and manage client relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security monitoring/engineering/analytics.
• 10+ years leading cybersecurity managed-services delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/InfoSec/Math or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (average).
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for clients and SLA performance.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic and client reporting.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services and SOAR capabilities.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams; manage performance and escalations.
• Own engagement financials, margins, staffing, and account planning.
