Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Defense CTO Cyber Capability Team Lead & Solutions Senior Director to own our full-spectrum cyber portfolio, including offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform & weapons cyber. You will lead a high‑performing remote team, curate market‑ready offerings and talent, and drive growth and delivery from enterprise to edge.

You will spearhead IRAD investments, translate requirements into architectures, and guide proposal strategy with a focus on Zero

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree as listed or four+ years of equivalent experience.
15+ years of progressive technical and team leadership experience with cyber, zero trust, infrastructure, and edge computing technologies in both selling and delivery contexts.
20+ years of demonstrated leadership supervising highly performing technical teams in a dynamic selling and delivery environment.
Security Clearance: SECRET required with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve offerings across offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform & weapons cyber with clear value props and delivery playbooks.
Build talent pipelines and ensure solution architects and delivery leads align to priority pursuits and programs.
Translate complex mission requirements into compliant architectures and drive Zero Trust/RMF in proposals and briefings.
Shape opportunities and integrate capabilities to open new business and shorten time-to-value.
Prioritize IRAD investments, run proofs, and measure transition-to-program and value created.
