Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Software Architect (NiCE CXone & Cognigy) to lead design, integration, and evolution of enterprise CX solutions.

You will work directly with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure AI-enabled customer experiences. The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership and requires 10+ years in CX technologies, NiCE CXone expertise, and Cognigy experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in customer experience technologies or CCaaS architecture
• Hands-on NiCE CXone implementation experience
• Experience designing/integrating conversational AI (Cognigy or similar)
• Strong understanding of APIs, CRM, cloud platforms, and modern architectures
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and complex implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure CX solutions using NiCE CXone and Cognigy.
• Lead architecture reviews and set technical direction.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, telephony, AI, data platforms.
• Develop reusable accelerators and templates for delivery teams.
• Mentor engineers and consultants and contribute to project estimates.
