Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for trading products and drive retention for high-value customers.

You will bridge Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction, coordinate launches, and measure impact on CSAT and contact volume. The role requires 7+ years in program management or CX, with 5+ years in trading or financial services, and FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
5+ years in trading, brokerage, or financial services.
Proven track record owning high-value customer segments.
Experience leading cross-functional programs across 5+ teams.
Ability to influence Director+ stakeholders without direct authority.
KPIs, OKRs, and executive reporting aligning CX with revenue.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and scorecards.
Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end, defining strategy and service model.
Set strategy and prioritization frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
Build a multi-quarter improvement roadmap including in-product fixes and CX improvements.
Execute CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches across cross-functional teams.
Partner with Trading product teams through reviews and executive reporting.
