Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support across Coinbase's trading products, focusing on a differentiated service model for high-value customers. You will bridge Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction and drive retention.

You will lead a portfolio of trading domains, set strategy, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting, coordinating across Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
• 5+ years in a trading, brokerage, or financial services environment.
• Proven track record owning high-value customer segments.
• Ability to define strategy for large cross-functional programs.
• Experience influencing Directors+ and aligning priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end high net worth CX program across Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product.
• Set strategy and prioritization frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Build multi-quarter roadmaps combining in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure post-launch impact.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and surface voice-of-customer themes to leadership.
