Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for our trading products.

You will align Trading product teams with CX operations to reduce friction, ensure smooth launches, and boost retention for high-value customers. Role requires 7+ years in program management within financial services, cross-functional leadership across Sales, Compliance, and Trading, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations in financial services.
• Experience owning high-value customer segment or critical program with retention revenue metrics.
• Led cross-functional programs across 5+ teams with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence Directors+ and align priorities without direct authority.
• Experience with KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting linking CX to revenue.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance scores.
• Lead the high net worth CX program from strategy to operations across Sales, Concierge, Risk, and Trading.
• Define strategy and prioritization for ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Build a multi-quarter roadmap combining in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Lead CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches with cross-functional teams and measure impact.
• Partner with Trading teams in regular reviews to surface customer themes and report outcomes.
