Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager on the CX Programs team within Customer Experience to own end-to-end support across Coinbase's trading products, including a differentiated service model for high-value customers.

You will bridge Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction, ensure smooth product launches, and drive retention for key clients. You will lead cross-functional programs, set strategy, and orchestrate improvements across multiple teams to improve

Qualifications

7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
5+ years in a trading, brokerage, or financial services environment.
Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Proficiency with KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting.
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance metrics.
Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end with cross-functional collaboration.
Set strategy and prioritization frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
Build a multi-quarter improvement roadmap combining in-product fixes and CX enhancements.
Execute CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure post-launch impact.
Partner with Trading product teams through regular reviews and executive-ready reporting.
