Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager on the CX Programs team within Customer Experience to own the end-to-end support experience across Coinbase's trading products.

You'll bridge Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce customer friction, ensure smooth product launches, and drive retention for the customers who matter most to our trading business. 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations, with 5+ years in trading/financial services, plus active FINRA

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
• 5+ years in trading, brokerage, or financial services.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence directors and align across competing initiatives.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance metrics.
• Lead high value CX program strategy across Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading.
• Set frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems and align stakeholders.
• Build multi-quarter roadmaps combining product fixes and CX improvements.
• Execute CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure post-launch impact.
• Partner with Trading product teams through reviews to surface voice-of-customer themes.
