Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support across Coinbase's trading products and to lead the differentiated service model for our highest-value trading customers.

Qualifications

7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
5+ years in trading/financial services environment.
Proven cross-functional leadership across 5+ teams.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders without authority.
KPI frameworks and executive reporting experience.
Holder of FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Proficient use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance scorecards.
Lead high net worth CX program end-to-end and define segment strategy and service model.
Define strategy and prioritization for ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
Build multi-quarter improvement roadmap with in-product fixes and automated improvements.
Execute CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure impact on CSAT and adoption.
Partner with Trading product teams through reviews and executive-ready reporting.
