Job summary

HelloFresh in Newark, NJ / New York City is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to anchor the data strategy for an automation-first transformation within the GCX team.

You will own the core analytics architecture for chatbots and agentic workflows, build scalable dashboards, and partner with Product, Engineering, and CX Automation to drive improvements in CSAT, retention, and efficiency. This hybrid role offers exposure to GenAI landscapes and real-time insights for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Anchor data strategy for automation and chatbot analytics within GCX.
• Monitor intents and trends; define KPIs for bot containment and NLP accuracy.
• Analyze chat transcripts and journeys with semantic clustering and LLM eval.
• Maintain reporting environment with data integrity and advanced visuals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX Automation on roadmaps.
• Deliver core reports and dashboards including MBR and EBIT reviews.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the data strategy for automation and chatbot analytics infrastructure.
• Monitor user intents and trends to diagnose system issues early and set KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of chat transcripts and journeys to identify friction.
• Optimize and secure the reporting environment with robust visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into roadmaps.
• Own and deliver key business reporting mechanisms and dashboards.
