Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in the USA seeks a Compliance Manager, Customs to oversee national customs compliance within the DSV Customs Brokerage Department. You will lead initiatives, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to US regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a US Customs Broker License, 5–7 years in customs compliance, and strong knowledge of USHTS, 19 CFR and ACE portal. Excellent analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business, or equivalent.
• US Customs Broker License required or eligible.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Customs compliance management.
• Experience with audit processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of USHTS and 19 CFR; ACE portal familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DSV Customs Compliance initiative nationwide.
• Oversee Customs Brokerage Operations at a national level.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive customs compliance program.
• Monitor compliance risks and drive improvements.
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.
• Provide training and guidance on Customs compliance matters.
