Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• US Customs Broker License required.
• Experience with audit processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of USHTS, 19CFR, and ACE portal.
• 5–7 years in Customs compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the DSV Customs Compliance initiative.
• Oversee national DSV Customs Brokerage Operations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program.
• Monitor risk and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training on Customs compliance matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute compliance strategies.
• Investigate and address compliance incidents and complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge and documentation.
