Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business.
- US Customs Broker License required.
- Experience with audit processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of USHTS, 19CFR, and ACE portal.
- Experience in developing and implementing Customs compliance programs and policies.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Customs compliance management.
- Ability to learn and utilize software information systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the DSV Customs Compliance initiative.
- Oversee national Customs Brokerage Operations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program.
- Monitor compliance risks and drive improvements.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Provide guidance and training on Customs compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance strategies.
- Investigate incidents and address violations.
- Keep program updated with regulatory changes.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
- Lead internal investigations and audits.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
