Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Customs Broker Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations. The role supervises a team of 4–5 professionals, maintains an active LCB license, and drives accurate entry processing and client service.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with entry writing and documentation. Onsite work in Atlanta, GA is required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) License is mandatory.
• 7–10+ years of customs brokerage experience.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience in customs brokerage operations.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, and import/export entry processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations and manage a team of 4–5 professionals.
• Maintain an active U.S. LCB license.
• Review import documentation for accuracy before filing.
• Prepare and process customs entries accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with CBP and PGA requirements.
• Advise clients on customs compliance and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes affecting duties and entry processing.
• Work onsite in Atlanta and lead the brokerage team to deliver excellent service.
