Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email and iWD system.
• Create BOLs (BOL Creation).
• Handle phone calls during volume spikes when needed.
• Support and improve processes through CI and automation.
• Navigate multiple systems and manage responsibilities simultaneously.
• Provide customer service, both internal and external.
• Must be available to work a 40-hour schedule.
• If remote: ensure internet speeds meet the company requirements.
• Provide a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
