Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking an entry-level Specialist, Supply & Logistics for our PACT Team. This on-site role at the Riverview Campus ensures timely fulfillment of customer orders from distribution centers.

You will work with databases to identify at-risk orders, resolve issues, and support cross-functional teams across the organization. The role emphasizes lean principles, issue resolution, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Order Management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research order availability issues and resolve or propose alternatives.
• Coordinate with TX, Logistics and trade customers to resolve delays.
• Create or cancel delivery documents with internal partners.
• Manage set-aside orders and prioritizations.
• Maintain metrics such as lines per hour and eCRM usage.
• Research and implement automation in team databases.
• Apply Standardized Work to identify and eliminate wastes.
• Identify systemic problems and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with TX, Logistics and TCT to resolve delays.
• Monitor regional open orders for on-time delivery.
• Work cross-functionally to find improvement opportunities.
• Handle daily fulfillment and truckload optimization.
• Fulfill orders for trade partners and end customers.
• Flex schedule to include 10-7 EST late shift.
