Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via email and the iWD system.
• Create BOLs as needed.
• May answer phone calls when volume spikes.
• Support and improve processes through CI and automation.
• Navigate multiple systems and manage responsibilities simultaneously.
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a 40-hour work schedule.
• If working remotely, ensure a wired internet connection with adequate speed.
