Job summary

Nomad is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to serve property owners and tenants across the full lease lifecycle, handling inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and ticketing systems. You will own payments and ledgers, process lease breaks and addendums, triage complex issues to specialized teams, and ensure smooth, predictable experiences for all parties.

This hybrid role is based in Denver, Colorado.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, onboarding, real estate or related roles.
• Own problems from start to finish with accountability.
• Multi-channel communication across phone, email, SMS and tickets.
• Rapidly learn new tools and systems; adapt to evolving processes.
• Ability to leverage AI to draft responses and streamline workflows.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and pre-empt issues.
• Build rapport and unblock blockers to ensure customer success.
• Experience with CRMs and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues end-to-end across multiple channels; accountability from first contact to resolution.
• Guide customers through payments, ledgers, and lease modifications; explain billing clearly.
• Triage complex questions to Leasing, Accounting, Operations while maintaining ownership.
• Navigate Nomad's platform to unblock customers and connect to resources.
• Encourage product adoption by helping owners maximize Nomad offerings.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Ops; help scale support materials.
