Job summary

Nomad is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist in Denver to partner with rental property owners and tenants across the full lease lifecycle. You will handle high-volume inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and tickets, guiding conversations from first contact to resolution.

You will manage payments, ledgers, lease modifications, and triage complex issues to specialized teams, owning problems end-to-end to ensure smooth, predictable experiences and strong owner retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, customer support, onboarding, or real estate.
• Owns problems from start to finish and follows through.
• Multi-channel communication across phone, email, SMS, and tickets.
• Experience with CRMs and Google Suite required.
• Hubspot and Appfolio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues end-to-end across channels (phone, SMS, email, tickets).
• Guide customers through payments, ledgers, and lease modifications; explain billing details.
• Triage and route complex questions to Leasing, Accounting, Operations while owning the customer relationship.
• Navigate Nomad's platform to unblock customers and assist with new leases.
• Proactively drive product adoption by engaging owners to maximize value from Nomad's offerings.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Operations and help develop scalable support processes.
