PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist 2 in Hialeah, FL. The role analyzes supplier and customer data, processes orders, and maintains relationships to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.

The position requires extensive experience in program management or customer support, SAP proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues and maintain contract health.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of related work experience in program management or customer support.
• Experience working with SAP system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Reviews customer purchase orders to assess requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders in ERP/Cardex and portal.
• Coordinate with warehouse, Sales and Quality to resolve orders.
• Prioritize orders with issues and analyze feasibility.
• Research in Cardex to resolve order issues.
• Monitor and expedite orders with high complexity and urgency.
• Resolve customer claims with Accounting, QA, and other departments.
• Maintain pipeline health on part usage and demand.
