Job summary

Newell Brands in Bentonville, AR, seeks a Customer Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end order management, on-time performance, inventory health, and cross-functional collaboration with Costco/BJ's. You will analyze large data and drive process improvements across a multi-BU club portfolio.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of supply chain experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with BI tools and SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years of supply chain or planning experience.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate output.
Ability to design scalable, automated solutions for repetitive work.
Strong analytical skills with large data sets to drive decisions.
Fluency with BI and analytics tools; advanced Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication; presenting to senior leaders.
Mass or club channel supply chain experience (preferred).
Experience across multiple business units or product categories (preferred).
SAP experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day order management and on-time compliance for club accounts.
Manage E&O exposure with proactive decisions.
Drive inventory availability and working capital optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Brand, and DC operations to improve throughput.
Lead transportation execution during peak seasons.
Support cost-reduction and corporate supply chain initiatives.
Prepare QBRs, scorecards, and customer-facing recommendations.
