Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Manager to lead customer supply chain execution for Walmart and Club customers, aligning demand, inventory, replenishment, and logistics to deliver best-in-class service.

You will collaborate across Demand Planning, Operations, Finance and Sales, analyze OTIF and forecast accuracy, drive CPFR and S&OP processes, and guide a team to optimize product launches, promotions, and new items while reducing stockouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Supply Chain, logistics, or related areas.
• Experience with Walmart, Sam’s Club, or large retail customers preferred.
• Experience with CPFR, replenishment planning, forecasting, S&OP.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer supply chain strategies to optimize service and inventory.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with supply capabilities.
• Monitor OTIF, fill rate, and forecast accuracy; address gaps.
• Lead CPFR, replenishment planning, and seasonal readiness reviews.
• Develop and coach team members in customer collaboration and order processing.
