Senior Customer Success Revenue Operations Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Operations, the Sr. CS Revenue Operations Manager plays a crucial role in analyzing and predicting retention and renewals, using key metrics to drive strategic decisions and ensure accurate forecasting. This role involves leveraging data analytics, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to provide insights into customer behavior, churn risks, and retention opportunities. Collaboration with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams is essential to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer retention and reduce churn.

How you'll add value:
  1. Forecasting & Analysis: Develop predictive models to forecast renewals, churn, and retention rates using data science and historical data.
  2. Customer Value Insights: Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and product usage to identify early churn indicators.
  3. Data-Driven Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations to improve retention initiatives and mitigate churn risks.
  4. KPI Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs related to customer retention and renewal rates.
  5. Collaboration: Work with CSM, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align retention strategies with business goals.
  6. Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards for real-time visibility into retention trends and churn risks.
  7. Process & System Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows and systems for managing renewals and retention.
  8. Enablement Partnership: Collaborate with CS enablement to integrate policies and processes into business routines.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years in a GTM or GTM Operations role in SaaS.
  • 5+ years in forecasting, customer success analytics, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Excel).
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills.
Benefits & Compensation:
  • Salary range of $116,000-$174,000, based on skills and experience.
