Job summary

Lightcast is seeking a Customer Success Manager II (AM II) in Moscow, Idaho, on-site. You will own the full customer lifecycle, lead value-driven engagements, and drive renewals and account growth within a SaaS portfolio.

The role requires a consultative mindset, strong ROI storytelling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consultative sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience in SaaS, DaaS, technology, data, or subscription-based environments.
• Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Ownership of renewals, including value confirmation, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Experience conducting business assessments and developing customer success plans with measurable ROI.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and customer success tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships through proactive engagement and understanding each customer’s goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor by conducting business assessments and recommending solutions.
• Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and manage customer success plans with clear goals and measures of success.
• Monitor product adoption, engagement, and account health toward outcomes.
• Drive renewals, pricing discussions, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Services to deliver a seamless experience.
