Job summary

Methode Electronics in Rolling Meadows, IL, seeks a customer service and project management professional to act as the primary liaison for customers, manage programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role focuses on ensuring timely information, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of customer service experience, including resolving complaints.
• Familiarity with customer service systems and processes.
• Working knowledge of project management, order management, and production planning.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, Project, and standard business software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong English communication skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and timely information sharing.
• Implement and oversee project management activities for customer programs.
• Coordinate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Lead customer satisfaction activities, including surveys, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage customer complaints by investigating issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Review orders, address order issues, and monitor production plans to meet requirements.
• Review contracts and POs, process order entry, and maintain schedules.
• Provide PM support for existing products and customer programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
