Planhat, a leading SaaS provider in the United States, is seeking a high-velocity revenue leader who can own commercial outcomes from onboarding to renewal and expansion, drive retention, and maximize net revenue retention.

You will translate customer needs into measurable business impact, engage with senior stakeholders on revenue strategies, and shape product and GTM priorities based on direct customer feedback.

Formación

• 3–5 years in high-performance environments (e.g., management consulting or fast-growth startups).
• Proven record of promotion and increasing responsibility.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about AI and the SaaS landscape.
• Winner's mindset demonstrated in competitive contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial outcomes end to end, managing customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Deliver measurable customer outcomes and track progress toward revenue and efficiency goals.
• Identify opportunities by analyzing usage, engagement, and health data to uncover expansion and mitigate churn.
• Drive product adoption to create long-term value and revenue growth.
• Inform product and GTM strategy through direct customer engagement and roadmap input.
