Coder is the leading platform for AI development infrastructure. We seek a customer-first professional to own onboarding, drive renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities in enterprise accounts across the US.

You will partner with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers to adoption and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will engage with executives and technical stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in software/SaaS sales or customer success with enterprise experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, CI/CD, and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers in collaboration with Sales.
• Remove barriers to adoption and drive customers to outcomes.
• Engage with customers to understand goals and provide tailored guidance.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell/cross-sell.
• Oversee renewals and forecasting, serving as primary contact for inquiries.
• Develop deep expertise in Coder’s products for global coverage.
