Job summary

TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods (TAC) seeks a Senior Client Service Manager to own post-implementation success for CPG manufacturers and retailers. You’ll partner with customers after go-live to unlock value from TPM and RGM analytics, translating needs into actionable insights that shape the product roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive ROI, expand account value, and influence business direction in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CPG industry experience with TPM/RGM knowledge.
• Proven SaaS, consulting, or tech client-facing track record.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product insights.
• Retail or supply chain familiarity and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics and tailor strategies to drive ROI and platform value.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts with CPG brands and retailers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help develop growth plans.
• Gather feedback and translate insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap decisions.
• Monitor health metrics and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.
