Job summary

Avalign Technologies is seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead the day-to-day customer service and inside sales operations for the German Surgical instruments business. You will drive revenue efficiency, support sales objectives, and champion continuous improvement across teams.

The role requires analytical leadership, strong Excel and CRM/ERP proficiency, and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Business, Operations, or Sales.
3–5 years of customer service/inside sales with leadership experience.
Experience leading a customer service or inside sales team in a technical/medical device environment.

Responsibilities

Direct daily leadership to Customer Sales Representatives.
Manage a quota-based Inside Sales Team with clear performance standards.
Monitor workloads, inquiries, orders, follow-ups, and team productivity.
