Job summary

Veracode, a global leader in Application Risk Management, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer in Burlington, MA. You will support customers in adopting Veracode solutions and resolving complex security challenges within their software development lifecycle.

The role requires a mix of technical and business acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across functions to drive successful outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in information security or software development.
• Customer-facing experience with strong listening and business relationship skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and motivate groups toward a unified goal.
• Must be effective working independently and in a team setting.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Experience writing scripts with Python and Postman to automate tasks via security tool APIs (REST & GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Understand technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management programs.
• Match Veracode solutions to customer technical, security, and business needs.
• Advise on effective use of Veracode security products within a customer's environment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager on designated accounts from onboarding to launch.
• Demonstrate and integrate Veracode products across the software development toolchain.
• Present Veracode’s vision, strategy, and product roadmaps to executives and technical management.
• Provide customer feedback to internal product teams to guide future direction.
• Stay updated on security industry trends to improve customer outcomes.
