As our team continues to grow, we’re excited to add a Senior Customer Success Engineer with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space, particularly in Policy Administration Systems (PAS). In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of customer success at BriteCore, helping customers reach their business goals through our innovative technology and services. As a trusted advisor, you’ll build strong executive relationships, craft tailored success plans, and take decisive action to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Collaborating with teams across BriteCore, you’ll deliver results that matter for both our customers and the company. Your expertise in technology configurations will be key in providing strategic guidance within a cloud environment, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.
