We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team. Working closely with the Customer Success Team Lead, you will collaborate with account executives and the customer success team to craft technical solutions for our Enterprise clients. Your customer-centric approach and technical expertise will help build strong relationships and ensure our customers succeed with the SafetyCulture platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a front-facing engineering capacity within a rapidly expanding SaaS company and Australian tech unicorn.

About you:
  • Confident in translating technical and non-technical requirements and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Experienced in writing SQL queries, optimizing relational databases, data models, and data warehouses;
  • Organized, able to manage multiple customers and switch contexts quickly;
  • Proficient with scripting languages such as Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Ruby;
  • Flexible in understanding various organizational architectures, practices, and processes;
  • Comfortable reading API documentation and integrating with APIs;
  • Experience in software development or data analytics is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to craft technical solutions for managed customers;
  • Assist the Sales team in communicating technical aspects of our platform (Security, APIs, Cloud solutions);
  • Use your skills to extend platform capabilities, build BI dashboards, and communicate insights;
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to implement solutions;
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering;
  • Work with API and Integrations Engineering Teams to communicate customer requests and improvements;
  • Advise customers on effective integration implementation.
