One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer (Malware & Threat Intel) in United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Engineer with deep expertise in malware analysis and threat intelligence. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients operationalize advanced cybersecurity tools and achieve measurable outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize workflows, lead technical workshops, and ensure product adoption aligns with each client's broader security strategy. Ideal candidates bring strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for solving complex cybersecurity challenges in large-scale environments.

Accountabilities:
  1. Act as a subject matter expert in malware analysis, threat hunting, and security operations, advising clients on implementation and best practices
  2. Deliver hands-on technical workshops, solution designs, and optimizations that drive customer adoption and measurable results
  3. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Sales teams to support client retention and identify new growth opportunities
  4. Translate complex security challenges into actionable plans aligned with client strategies
  5. Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help evolve the platform
  6. Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%, majority remote)
Requirements
  1. 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity, specializing in malware analysis, threat intelligence, or security operations
  2. Strong experience with tools and methodologies such as static/dynamic malware analysis, IDA Pro, Ghidra, VirusTotal, and sandboxing environments
  3. Familiarity with threat detection platforms like SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence feeds
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
