Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is seeking a Senior Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team in New Jersey. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and supporting financial operations in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery, oversee onboarding, handle transactions, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, financial operations, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, metals recycling, or commodities is a plus!

Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving complex challenges, and supporting commercial and financial operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage customer relationships, account activities, and escalations.
• Review account balances, transactions, financial exposure, and hedging requirements.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, transactions, and issue resolution.

What We're Looking For:
