Job summary

Legence is seeking a seasoned Content Development & Social Media Manager to lead the creation and activation of compelling content across Legence and its portfolio of Business Unit brands. This hands-on role requires a strong writer, storyteller, and social media strategist who can translate complex technical expertise into engaging content for a broad audience across channels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in content development or related discipline.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling with a portfolio.
• Experience managing content for multiple formats and channels.
• Hands-on experience with corporate or B2B social media and editorial calendars.
• Strong understanding of how content supports brand visibility and business goals.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content to strengthen Legence and Business Units’ visibility and positioning.
• Identify stories and translate projects into marketing content.
• Write and edit across formats: website copy, thought leadership, case studies, emails, press releases.
• Create video scripts and supporting copy; manage social content lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams on campaigns.
• Lead social media strategy with enterprise marketing and brand voices.
• Maintain editorial calendars and manage content publishing workflows.
• Coordinate with visual teams on graphics, photography, and video.
