Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Richardson, TX seeks a Senior Customer Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of custom silicon programs, including MIPS-based MCUs and Sensor SoCs, for automotive customers. You will be the single point of contact across IP, design, verification, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

15+ years in semiconductors with exposure to SoC/MCU/custom silicon programs.
Experience working with customers and internal engineering teams across silicon lifecycles.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of assigned custom silicon programs from engagement through SOP and ramp.
Serve as single point of contact for program execution with customer and GF/MIPS teams.
Drive cross-functional coordination across IP, design, verification, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate technical, schedule, cost, or supply risks.
Support scope changes, milestones updates, and customer change requests.
Ensure programs meet delivery, quality, and performance expectations.
