DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead customer service operations, optimize inventory, and manage forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service and supply chain, with experience in CPG/food manufacturing and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

• Food manufacturing or CPG industry experience required.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or JDE.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with key customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee customer inventory levels, replenishment programs, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Partner with customers and Sales teams to improve demand forecasting and forecast accuracy.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews and communicate demand changes across the business.
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order entry through delivery.
• Monitor open orders, resolve service issues, and communicate supply risks proactively.
• Track and report key metrics including fill rate, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and order cycle time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams
