Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Associate degree or higher; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and/or international supply chain operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for delivery, inventory, forecasting, and supply chain matters.
• Lead resolution of delivery, quality, and service issues with cross-functional resources.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans for uninterrupted supply.
• Monitor KPIs including delivery, inventory, forecast accuracy, premium freight, and service metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
