This role focuses on leading customer service and supply chain activities, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory optimization for assigned customers. You will coordinate with overseas production facilities and internal teams to deliver 100% on-time delivery, provide demand forecasts, and drive cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain management, logistics, operations, materials planning, purchasing, or related functions.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts regarding delivery, inventory, forecasting, and supply chain matters.
• Lead resolution of customer delivery, quality, and service issues, coordinating cross-functional resources as necessary.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted supply and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including delivery performance, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, premium freight, and customer service metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, inventory reduction, premium freight elimination, and service performance enhancement.
