Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate person
• Resolve customer questions, billing inquiries, and scheduling issues
• Update customer records and dispositions in the system
• Coordinate with Sales and Service team to improve scheduling and response times
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information
