Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests pertaining to pick-up, deliveries, tracing shipments, and rate quotes.
• Coordinate with management and warehouse personnel to meet service criteria.
• Follow up with customers and other departments to resolve invoice issues and discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and other departments to facilitate movement of freight and related paperwork.
• Accurately input and retrieve information in the system.
• Audit air bills for completeness and accuracy and maintain filings.
