Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive customer service experience in the CPG industry.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Administration of SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Builds effective relationships with customers, brokers, sales, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations timely and professionally.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Manage and support the Order Processing team for accurate, timely orders.
• Support Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and accounts.
• Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments, bill backs, promos, short pays, and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and account information in SAP; ensure data integrity.
• Oversee Salesforce data, records, activity, and reporting; ensure updates.
• Maintain current customer files and required account documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and cross-functional coordination.
