A leading company is seeking an Insurance Risk Interviewer I to conduct life insurance interviews via telephone. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The role involves gathering medical and financial information from clients while ensuring compliance with company policies. Insurance Risk Interviewer I - Tampa, FL - Fully remote
The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone through outbound calls for multiple client companies
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM CT, 2 weeks
Work Schedule (Central Time): Monday- Friday anytime between 11:00am - 8:00pm CT with one required rotational Saturday a month. Saturday rotation is every 4 weeks and may require additional Saturday work days dependent on business needs
Anticipated Start Date: June 23rd
Pay Range: $16.00 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Previous experience with medical terminology, life insurance industry, or customer service preferred.
