Role Overview:

As the High-Risk Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in our financial innovation. We provide cutting-edge FinTech solutions that streamline operations and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead the development of our high-risk merchant account channel.
  2. Identify, engage, and onboard high-risk merchant partners using your network and expertise.
  3. Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts focused on strategic alignment.
  4. Support and manage high-risk partners to ensure success and profitability.
  5. Monitor partner performance and develop tailored strategies.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends in high-risk account management.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 + Profit Sharing
  • Profit Sharing Bonus: 10% of Payzli's net revenue from partner relationships and managed merchants in Year 1, decreasing to 6% in Year 2 and 3%, with a cap of $250,000.
  • Post-Relocation Bonus: $5,000 increase and a first-year move bonus.

  • Experience in high-risk merchant account management within the Payments Industry.
  • Extensive network and relationship cultivation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strategic understanding of high-risk business challenges.
  • Ability to deliver immediate results and build lasting partnerships.
