Uline in Braselton, GA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead a 90+ person contact center and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach managers and reps, monitor performance metrics, and help shape a service-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
