Job summary

Uline in Braselton, GA is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This on-site, full-time role focuses on building customer relationships, providing solutions, and delivering legendary service using our world-class tools.

You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and support customers via phone, email and chat. English/Spanish bilinguals with strong communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged, with training provided and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
