Job summary

Uline, Georgia-based, seeks a Senior Customer Service Manager to continue its fast, friendly, and customer-focused legacy. You’ll oversee the Braselton center and empower teams to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.

You will coach managers and front-line staff, review performance metrics, and drive improvements. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in customer service operations or management are required.

• Recruit, retain and motivate staff to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
• Manage personnel matters including delivering performance reviews and coaching.
