Overview
Every day, Revvity Service Engineers help their customers enhance the productivity of their laboratory processes and drive high levels of satisfaction by delivering effective customer support. As a Service Team Member, you will represent the face of Revvity and drive best-in-class customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Revvity is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support the In Vivo Imaging product line within our Imaging Business. The role involves providing expert service and support to customers, primarily in MA, RI, CT, NH, VT, ME, and Upstate NY, with support mainly in the Cambridge/Boston area, MA. Overnight travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, validate, and repair Revvity and multivendor instrumentation at customer sites with excellent service.
  • Provide scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance, including warranty services.
  • Deliver customer training on instrument operation and maintenance.
  • Communicate service offerings, including training, support, software, and field upgrades.
  • Partner with customers to understand their workflows and applications.
  • Travel up to 50%, with 50% locally in MA and 50% in other states.

Support your Team:

  • Assist local sales representatives to secure new instrument orders.
  • Promote service agreements, upgrades, and instrument add-ons.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and customers.
  • Develop awareness of other teams and product lines.

Drive Organizational Growth:

  • Adhere to installation, warranty, and service documentation standards.
  • Contribute to account profitability through efficient service.
  • Maintain service data integrity via timely uploads/downloads.
  • Manage assigned assets and develop technical and soft skills.
  • Report improvement opportunities and seek higher certifications.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as time reporting and training.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree with 7+ years of relevant field experience, or
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.
